I bought the map for FORD (picture attached). I am wondering what is the exactly upgraded form the versions 2013 and 2014?

I am just a little bit disappointed as some main roads are missing. Can you give more information about this TT database? I should understand that FORD navigation equipment should be upgraded with some ford software including some TT databases? But what exactly should be upgraded there and where can this be done? The car and the map are my brother so need first to ask him to have a look and search for this number.
