Noxbestia's mod also assigns the dog. Even to the AI. So it's actually not DWToska that let's the dogs out (only the player's dog), but another mod that hands them out like candy to AI chars. But point taken: I will modify the targeted decision from my mod and make it player only as well. As for the random events (while in command or in court - or Harley related): Agreed. What I'd seen was that, when a character was in command of troops at all times (a nomad ruler), the same event triggered every year. Since that event didn't give you an option to back out, it not only guaranteed a bad trait, but was constantly wounding my ruler.
